Wondering how working out as a couple might work in the real world—
especially when you’re both working, have kids or you're both at different fitness levels?
This month the Couples Ministry is getting physical! Join us as we host Eric Parker, Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach and Jessica Parker, Life Coach as they teach us an easy, but challenging Couples Workout Routine that you can do from home!
They will also share with us practical ways to include fitness into our everyday routine while balancing the everyday demands of life!
