FBC Annual Backpack Giveaway

Please join us in preparing area children for their return to school by contributing to the FBC Annual Backpack Giveaway. All supplies will be distributed to community schools to assist those children most in need.

Shop while your out or check our Amazon List for a list of supplies. The collection box is located in the Marshall D. Williams Hall to drop off supplies.

Nominations are being accepted to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to First Baptist Church's mission, goals, and ministries. Nominees must be members of First Baptist Church and must have rendered services without compensation and in a non-official capacity.

Nomination forms and the box for completed forms are located in the Narthex. The deadline to submit nominations is September 10th. Distinguished Service Awards will be presented during our 145th Anniversary Worship Service on Sunday, October 8th.

Volunteers are needed to share in fun and fellowship while assisting residents with Bingo at the Birmingham Green Nursing Home, 8605 Centreville Road in Manassas.

Regularly scheduled for each first Saturday, this activity next will take place on July 1st, 1:45pm-3pm. The participation of both adults and youth is greatly participated.

Come out June 26th - 29th at 5pm. 

The VBS Staff is looking for teachers. We need teachers and assistants for classes in these grades: K-1; 2-3; 4-5, 6-8; 9-12; young adult; and adult.  We also need (1) sitters/teachers for toddlers whose parents bring them to VBS; (2) music leaders; (3) AV help for Day 1, 3, and 4; and (4) art/crafts and fitness teachers.
